The Promises of God….

Hello everyone!
I would be less than a woman if I didn’t apologize for not blogging. I can’t blame this on anyone but myself. The Spirit has been telling me to blog. Now that the prelimanaries are out of the way let’s move on.
You know, when God gives us a job to do He intends for it to be done the way He said, when He said and how He said. Let me tell you, I am a living testimony that can attest to God’s goodness, grace and mercy! But also to His chastisment.
A little over three years ago God began to birth something in me that I had no clue to its magnitude! In 2007 God birted the Deliverance Crusade through me. This was a three day, nonstop preaching, teaching, loving on the people weekend. I thought when the weekend was over my task was over. Little did I know, that was just the beginning. God began to show me how He wanted a 24 hour church that housed 24 hour ministries. This church though is like non other. This church is a collaboration of the body of Christ. This church is supported by the body of Christ acting together to accomplish one single goal, KINGDOM BUILDING. What is Kingdom Building? It is the great comission (Matthew 28:19-20) in action. It is the manifestation of doing for the least of them (Matthew 25:35-40). It is understanding that everyone has his/her individual part to do within the whole of the Body of Christ and only when we WORK TOGETHER will the body grow (Ephesians 4:1-16).
I have tried to birth this vision but without the Body coming together, I am spinning my wheels. I have asked the Lord our God to allow me to work and finance the church and the ministries but He continues to tell me ‘NO’. I am continually told that this is the body coming together, financially, physically and spiritually. Not one or the other. For those that have a ministry inside of them or actually walking in it, this pertains to you also. We are all called to sow seeds for reaping a harvest. Neglecting to do this within the body of Christ but outside of our own selfish pot causes a slow harvest.
“Neglect is enough to ruin a man. A man who is in business need not commit forgery or robbery to ruin himself; he has only to neglect his business, and his ruin is certain. A man who is lying on a bed of sickness need not cut his throat to destroy himself; he has only to neglect the means of restoration, and he will be ruined. A man floating in a skiff above Niagara, need not move an oar or make an effort to destroy himself; he has only to neglect using the oar at the proper time, and he will certainly be carried over the cataract. Most of the calamities of life are caused by simple neglect. By neglect of education, children grow up in ignorance; by neglect, a farm grows up to weeds and briars ; by neglect, a house goes to decay; by neglect of sowing, a man will have ho harvest; by neglect of reaping, the harvest would rot in the fields. No worldly interest can prosper where there is neglect; and why may it not be so in religion? There is nothing in earthly affairs, that is valuable, that will not be ruined if it is not attended to; and why may it not be so with the concerns of the soul? Let no one infer, therefore, that because he is not a drunkard, or an adulterer, or a murderer, that therefore he will be saved. Such an inference would be as irrational as it would be for a man to infer, that because he is not a murderer his farm will produce a harvest, or that because he is not an adulterer, therefore his merchandise will take care of itself. Salvation would be worth nothing if it cost no effort; and there will be no salvation where no effort is put forth.—Barnes’ Notes on the New Testament”
All in all people, I need your financial support in the form of tithes and offerings as well as your physical and spiritual help. Step up and out of RELIGION and step into what God wants in this time from us that we may reap the harvest He has for us.
Afraid to ask for help, I am not anymore. That pride thing, where I was always the lender has been squashed! God has me in a place where I must make you understand how important it is not to hold on to what He is telling you to release.
Do it now! Do it today! Please! Matthew 25:14 – 30 tells us the ‘parable of talents’. One way to look at this is to see how the two servants with mutiple talents were not afraid to ‘take a chance’ with maximizing the owner’s fortune, but the one who had only one was so scared of losing that one that he did nothing to try to increase it. He did not trust in the law of sowing and reaping. He did not trust in THE LORD to increase what he’d sow. Don’t be tight handed because you believe it’s never coming around again. Trust in the LORD and do what goes against the grain. Do what God says do! Please!
